Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our wigs and hair extensions cannot be resold once worn or handled, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Sizing Responsibility

HPBJ is not responsible for improperly fitted units if incorrect head measurements are provided. If you need help choosing your size, please reach out via email before placing your order.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review and make it right.
