All wig orders require 2–5 business days for processing, followed by 1–3 business day shipping. Product orders typically process and ship within 3–5 business days.

Processing time and shipping time are not the same.

Custom & Pre-Orders

Custom wigs and pre-orders require 14–21 business days for completion. Turnaround times may vary based on order volume. During sales or high-demand periods, please allow additional time.

Ready-to-Ship Units

Ready-to-ship wigs are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your package has been transferred to USPS, HPBJ is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
